screening, deposit, and cancellation policies
screening
Only first-time guests will be screened, and I am open to many methods, including established provider references (preferred), photo ID, and LinkedIn.
Guests with their real phone number using EMT may be eligible to skip screening. Text app numbers may require two forms of screening.
Guests who interact regularly with review sites may not require traditional screening methods, username must be provided.
deposits
After agreeing on the date and time of our appointment, I will ask you to provide a deposit to confirm our time together.
You can expect a $100 deposit for most private condo sessions, and a $200 deposit for all outcalls and touring dates. This can be paid primarily via EMT, gift card, and cryptocurrency.
I’m happy to note that returning guests are not required to pay a deposit for regular visits.
Please inquire for alternatives to a deposit, namely an extra fee.
cancellations
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before our planned time together do not incur any additional fees.
However, out of respect for my time, I do require a $200 cancellation fee if you decide to cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment time.
Please note, both your deposit and cancellation fee will be applied as credit to a future appointment.
All deposits and fees are nonrefundable, only transferable.
